On a random Thurs we made our way downtown to Asia SF. If you haven't heard of this place, it's a fantastic little restaurant staffed entirely by transsexuals and tranvestites. Yes. You read that correctly. So, the question that next comes to mind is: why?
Well....why not?
Anyway, the restaurant is tiny and crowded and dominated by an enormous runway that cuts the restaurant in half. This is where the ladies of Asia SF perform their nightly shows. And perform they did! They danced and strutted and lip-synched their way through the night. Without a doubt, these women are more female than I could EVER hope to be. They put me and my makeup and my weak sense of fashion completely to shame.
This is Jasmine, the unofficial hostess and one of the most popular ladies in the place. She stopped by our table several times just to talk and see how our night was going. And when she performed....talk about stage presence.
Kendrah, Marti, myself and Katie. Marti & Katie are friends who are also traveling together. I met them when they started work in the ER. And if I wasn't heading home next week, I'd be making my way to Vegas with them for some fun (and never to be talked about again) adventures.
I can't remember her name...but what a fantastic body!
